SVG and DXF issues

#1

I’ve only started using the software today. I work in CorelDraw 2020. Upon creating my design, when I export to DXF, I get a message ‘Warning’ The version of this DXF file is not 2013, there might be potential incompatibility problems. When it imports, it’s mirrored. Easy enough to fix, by mirroring it in Corel and then importing it. When I export to SVG, I select Layer. Another ‘Warning’. The version of this SVG file is V1.1, there might be potential incompatibility problems. When it imports. it’s a train wreck. If however, I open the Corel SVG in Serif Affinity, re export as an SVG, I don’t get any warning message, but the file is awful.
Any thoughts about what’s going on?
