Everything is set-up, got a connection established. Did a network test. Connection is good. Beamo studio recognizes my machine. However, I can not calibrate the camera. I tried over 10 times and I get a 815 error. I tried to just use the camera anyway without calibrating and I receive even more errors. Can’t do anything. Can’t run a test engrave and/or cut nothing. I hate to send this machine back, but I shouldn’t be having these issues right out the box.
Any troubleshooting solutions. I have a ticket in to support and I have no idea how long it would take for them to get back to me.
