my usb can not connect, U Disk also can not use…I tried all the solutions in the list. Maybe they all so busy,no one to help me answer the question.

Same here, tried Windows 8 and Mac OSX 10.10.5. Different USB cables, different USB memory sticks. Nothing works. I´m really pissed!

they know a lot more solutions than i do, but the error code you got, should be sent to them in an RMA and the team will from that code understand your problem, come with a solution and fix your problem :slight_smile:

when did yo put a ticket in? I know it usually takes them a bit to respond

They replied to me and said they would send a special line to me, but now there is no response again.

I would edit the ticket and ask for an update. I did that and it usually takes a day or two for response.

open another ticket, i know they hired a new person for support, who knows if they are going through the older tickets.

Follow the tips from https://epsonsupports.net/blog/how-to-fix-printer-offline/ and reset the OS. Then you can connect USB.
