The touch screen suddenly stopped moving past the “Connecting to the machine…” screen when I turn on my beambox pro. I cant interface with the laser at all. Is it possible to reset the laser to factory settings and update the firmware again?
Is this already solved? I have a same issue.
I resolved the issue by reinstalling the last stable firmware by uploading the firmware to a flashdrive, and plugging it into the back of the laser. When I turned the laser back on, it immediately redownloaded the firmware and worked just fine.
