Am I to assume to the blind area follows the “honeycomb”? If I line something up in the top left corner of the “honeycomb” (sort of like scanner bed), it should cut in the blind area?
Cutting in the blind area is fine and it does pretty much line up with the start of the honeycomb. That being said, I made a little L shaped spacer that I put in the upper left corner of the bed that I can put the material being cut up against. It positions things so that I can position things 1 or 2 mm down in the Y side and about 15-16mm on the X side.
The reason I push it over on the X side is so that I am not cutting on the frame of the honeycomb. It tends to leave worse burn marks if you cut there.
