Beambox: Jobs wont start

Beambox had been working great. Haven’t used it in a few weeks, opened file as usual and exported to send. Powers up, connection is there to WiFi and laptop recognizes machine.

Job simply never starts! I thought maybe it was the complexity of the drawing, deleted, restarted app and machine, attempted a circle; same result. There are no warning messages or alerts to troubleshoot.

Only thing I can think to do is check that water reservoir is filled, but beyond that I have no sense of what to try next. Any help would be amazing!

Have topped off the water with no change.

Upgrading to more recent Beambox Studio app appears to have solved the issue.
