Even though only one bar popped up I recommend requesting two replacements and replacing both. Both of mine popped up within a day of each other, so it’s probably just a matter of time. There’s a design flaw that’s corrected with the replacement part.


While you wait for them to ship you parts I recommend you tape the scanner pole down so it doesn’t affect your printing.
