Crash before taking flight?


Did going live/preorder cause Flux to be overwhelmed?

Received a retail Delta+ 6 days ago that does not power on, and put a support ticket in right away. The ticket still sits in queue nearly a week later with no activity, and I’m left staring at a beautiful very-large paperweight.

Now, I’m not impatient, I can wait quite a bit longer for resolution to be honest… My comments though, are just watching the forums, and ticket response times (or lack there of). For a company that has gone full retail and has officially released their product, the forums are completely dead (maybe 1 post per every other day), and non-answered tickets for DoA machines.
